[2] This case comes on for review before the Commission on claimant’s motion to be removed from submission.

[3] After our consideration of claimant’s motion, claimant’s assurance that respondent has no objection thereto and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that claimant’s motion should be granted. [4] Accordingly, we find that claimant’s motion to be removed from submission should be, and hereby is, granted. The Clerk of the Commission is directed to set a schedule for claimant’s brief and respondent’s reply brief and then resubmit this case for consideration by the Commission. [5] IT IS SO ORDERED.
