[2] This case comes on for review before the Full Commission upon a Joint Motion to Remand. [3] Respondent filed a timely Notice of Appeal and Petition for Review from the opinion of the Administrative Law Judge filed January 28, 1998. In a joint motion filed April 24, 1994, the parties requested that this matter be remanded to the Administrative Law Judge for the Administrative Law Judge to enter an agreed upon order. After consideration of the joint motion, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the motion for remand should be granted and that this matter is remanded to the Administrative Law Judge for the entry of the agreed upon order. [4] IT IS SO ORDERED.
