ORDER
This matter is currently before the Full Commission on Respondent’s Motion to Submit Additional Evidence. After considering Respondent’s motion, lack of response thereto and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the Respondent’s motion should be granted.

Respondent seeks to have a letter from the Arkansas Attorney General regarding participating in this case which raises constitutionality of the workers’ compensation

statute on appeal, admitted into record. The Attorney General has indicated in the letter that he will not participate in this case, as the parties can adequately address the issues.

This procedural letter from the Arkansas Attorney General can become part of the record in this case before it is submitted on appeal. Respondent’s Brief was filed on May 23, 2008, and the letter is dated May 29, 2008 and Claimant’s Brief was filed June 6, 2008.

Therefore, after considering the motion, lack of response thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we grant Respondent’s motion to submit this letter into the record.
