CLAIM NO. E907076.

TRUDY KENNEDY, EMPLOYEE, CLAIMANT v. SILOAM SPRINGS SCHOOL DISTRICT, EMPLOYER, RESPONDENT, MANAGEMENT CLAIMS SERVICES, CARRIER, RESPONDENT.

Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
ORDER FILED JUNE 1, 2000.

Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Claimant represented by LAURA ANDRESS, Attorney at Law, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Respondent represented by ANGELA DOSS, Attorney at Law, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

ORDER
This matter is currently before the Full Commission on the claimant’s Motion to Remand. Having considered the claimant’s motion, the respondents lack of objection thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the claimant’s motion should be granted.

By an order and opinion dated February 16, 2000, the Administrative Law Judge found that the claimant failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that she was entitled to a change of physician. The claimant filed a Notice of Appeal with the Full Commission. At the time of the hearing before the Administrative Law Judge, the issue of permanent disability benefits was reserved. In her Motion to Remand, the claimant states that the issue of permanent disability is now ripe and requests that this matter be remanded for a hearing on the issue of permanent disability benefits.

Accordingly, we find that the Motion to Remand should be granted. This matter is therefore remanded to the Administrative Law Judge for the sole purpose of having a hearing on the issue of permanent disability benefits.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
