CLAIM NO. E912436, E913862, E918863

DEWAYNE KNOX, EMPLOYEE, CLAIMANT v. ARKADELPHIA HUMAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER, EMPLOYER, RESPONDENT, PUBLIC EMPLOYEE CLAIMS, INSURANCE CARRIER, RESPONDENT.

Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
ORDER FILED JANUARY 25, 2001.

Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Claimant represented by ZAN DAVIS, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.

Respondents represented by RICHARD SMITH, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.

ORDER
The Full Commission, on its own motion, finds that a clerical error exists in the Opinion and Order filed January 8, 2001. The Order reflects that the claimant filed a motion to extend the briefing schedule. However, the Order should reflect that the respondent filed a motion to extend the briefing schedule.

The Order filed January 8, 2001, is hereby modified to include the modification that the respondent’s motion to extend the briefing schedule is granted. Since the respondent filed a reply brief that is the subject of this motion with its motion, it is not necessary for the Clerk of the Commission to establish a briefing schedule. In all other respects, the Order shall remain the same and shall not be other affected.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
