Pro Se Petition for Writ of Mandamus [Circuit Court of Bradley County, CR 2009-53] Petition Moot.
PER CURIAM.
On March 17, 2010, petitioner James K. McCoy filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus in this court. He contended in the petition that the Honorable Sam Pope, Circuit Judge, had failed to act in a timely manner on a post-trial motion for new trial filed on February 5, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Bradley County.
Respondent Pope filed a response to the mandamus petition with a copy of an order that had been entered on March 1, 2010, that disposed of the motion. As the court has acted on the motion, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot Strong v. Thyer, 2010 Ark. 19 (per curiam); Cummings v. Proctor, 2009 Ark. 588 (per curiam).
Petition moot.
