After our consideration of respondent’s motion, the objection of the claimant, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that respondent’s motion should be denied. The Full Commission entered an Opinion and Order on September 7,

2010. The respondent previously filed a Motion to Remand which was denied on October 19, 2010.

In light of the denial of the Motion to Remand and this denial of the Motion to Suspend Appeal, this claim may now proceed to the Arkansas Court of Appeals.
