ORDER
The Arkansas Supreme Court has reversed the Commission in the above-styled matter and has remanded for proceedings consistent with the Court’s opinion. Moncus v. Billingsley, 05-1353 (May 18, 2006). The Court has held, that the claimant’s death occurred while he was performing employment services and reversed and remanded for a consideration of benefits.

The Full Commission therefore remands this case to an administrative law judge for additional proceedings. The administrative law judge shall conduct those proceedings necessary to adjudicate the issues of claimant’s entitlement to benefits.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
