After considering claimant’s attorney’s motion, respondent’s lack of response thereto, and all matters properly before this Commission, we grant claimant’s attorney’s motion. Therefore, we remove Mr. Eddie H. Walker, Jr.’s name from the Commission’s file as attorney of record for claimant, Ms. Shawna Moore.
