CLAIM NOS. E017896 and E001418

JERRY WAYNE OLIVER, EMPLOYEE, CLAIMANT v. PACE INDUSTRIES, EMPLOYER, RESPONDENT, and NEW HAMPSHIRE INSURANCE CO., INSURANCE CARRIER, RESPONDENT

Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
OPINION FILED MARCH 29, 1995

Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Claimant represented by the HONORABLE LAURA J. McKINNON, Attorney at Law, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Respondents represented by the HONORABLE JAMES D. SPROTT, Attorney at Law, Harrison, Arkansas.

[1] ORDER
[2] The Full Commission, on its own motion, finds that an error exists in the order filed March 14, 1995, granting a motion to file a belated brief. In our decision we stated it was the claimant’s motion. However, due to a clerical error, this is incorrect. We further find that we are authorized to correct clerical errors at any time under Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-713 (d) (1987) and that this is a proper case for exercise of that authority.

[3] Therefore, the Full Commission’s order dated March 14, 1995, is amended to reflect that it was respondents’ motion. The March 14, 1995 order is amended only in this regard, nunc pro tunc from the date of that order. In all other respects, the said order shall remain the same and shall not be otherwise affected.

[4] IT IS SO ORDERED.

JAMES W. DANIEL, Chairman ALLYN C. TATUM, Commissioner PAT WEST HUMPHREY, Commissioner
