This matter comes on for review before the Commission on the motion of respondent no. 2’s attorney To Withdraw as Counsel.
After our consideration of the motion and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the motion of respondent no. 2’s attorney should be granted.
Accordingly, we find that respondent no. 2’s attorney’s Motion to Withdraw as Counsel should be, and hereby is, granted.
