OPINION FILED AUGUST 4, 2004

Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Claimant represented by HONORABLE PHILIP M. WILSON, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.

Respondents represented by HONORABLE ERIC NEWKIRK, Attorney at Law, West Memphis, Arkansas.

Decision of the Administrative Law Judge: Affirmed and adopted.

OPINION AND ORDER
The above-styled matter is back before the Full Commission upon remand from the Arkansas Court of Appeals. Parker v. Atlantic Research Corp., CA03-1362 (Ark.App. June 30, 2004). After again reviewing the entire record de novo, it is our opinion that the decision of the administrative law judge is correct and should be affirmed. The Full Commission finds that the findings of fact entered by the administrative law judge are correct and are, therefore, adopted by the Full Commission. We therefore affirm the January 31, 2003 opinion of the administrative law judge and adopt the opinion as the decision of the Full Commission.

The claimant’s attorney is entitled to a fee for legal services pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-715 (Repl. 1996). For prevailing on appeal to the Full Commission, the claimant’s attorney is entitled to an additional fee of two-hundred fifty dollars ($250), pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-715(b)(2) (Repl. 1996).

IT IS SO ORDERED.
