ORDER
This case comes on for review before the Commission on respondent’s motion to dismiss appeal and claimant’s motion to withdraw motion for an extension of the briefing schedule.
Respondent filed a timely notice of appeal to the Commission from an opinion of the Administrative Law Judge. Thereafter, claimant filed a motion for an extension of the briefing schedule. Respondent has now filed a motion to dismiss its appeal to the Commission because the parties have amicably resolved the issues on appeal. As a result of respondent’s motion, claimant filed the present motion to withdraw motion for extension.
Accordingly, after consideration of the parties’ motions and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that respondent’s motion to dismiss its appeal and claimant’s motion to withdraw motion for extension should be, and hereby are, granted.
