[1] ORDER
[2] The Full Commission, on its own motion, finds that a clerical error exists in the opinion and order filed on March 17, 1997. In this regard, the signature of Commissioner Mike Wilson correctly appears on page 9 immediately below his Dissenting Opinion but appears in error on page 3 immediately below the opinion and order affirming the decision of the administrative law judge. The Full Commission finds that it is authorized to correct clerical errors at any time under Ark. Code Ann. §11-9-713, Supp. 1996), and that this is a proper case for exercise of that authority.

[3] WHEREFORE, the Commission amends page 3 of the Opinion and order to delete the signature of Commissioner Mike Wilson.

[4] The March 17, 1997, opinion and order is hereby amended only in this regard, nunc pro tunc from the date of that opinion. In all other respects, the said order shall remain the same and shall not be otherwise affected.

[5] IT IS SO ORDERED.
