ORDER
This case comes before the Full Commission on Claimant’s Motion to Enlarge the Time for filing the record on her appeal to the Arkansas Court of Appeals. The Full Commission entered our Opinion affirming and adopting the decision of the administrative law judge on July 30, 2008. The claimant filed a notice of appeal to the Arkansas Court of Appeals on August 4, 2008, and Respondents filed a Notice of cross-appeal on August 19, 2008. The record on appeal was filed with the Clerk of the court on October 31, 2008.

The claimant’s Motion to enlarge the time for filing the record is now moot. After consideration of claimant’s motion, respondent’s reply, and all other matters properly before the Commission, this motion must be denied.
