Claimant’s brief was due to be filed on August 23, 2010 but filed this request for an extension on August 20, 2010. Through Claimant’s Motion, Respondent has stated they do not object to this request.

Therefore, after considering claimant’s request for an extension of time in which to file a brief, no objection by Respondent and all other matters properly

before the Full Commission, we hereby grant this request for an extension. The Clerk is directed to issue another briefing schedule. IT IS SO ORDERED.
