ORDER
This matter comes before the Commission on remand from the Arkansas Court of Appeals with instructions to award benefits in a manner not inconsistent with the Court’s opinion delivered on May 24, 2000. Therefore, for reasons discussed in the Court’s opinion delivered on May 24, 2000, we find that Brittany Snuggs is entitled to dependency benefits.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
