[2] This matter is presently before the Commission on Claimant’s Motion for an Extension of Time to File Brief. After reviewing claimant’s Motion, which indicates respondent has no objection thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that Claimant’s Motion for an Extension of Time to File his Brief should be granted. [3] In his Motion, claimant states that the parties have reached a tentative settlement and additional time for an extension is necessary in order to work out the details for the settlement. In our opinion, claimant has set forth good cause, and we find that the Motion should be granted. [4] IT IS SO ORDERED.
