ORDER
This matter is currently before the Commission on the claimant’s attorney’s Motion for an Attorney’s Fee. After considering the claimant’s Motion, the respondent’s response thereto, and all other matters properly before this Commission, we hereby grant the claimant’s Motion for an Attorney’s Fee.
Accordingly, the claimant’s attorney is hereby awarded an attorney’s fee of $250.00 to be paid one-half by the claimant and one-half by the respondent for prevailing on Appeal before the Commission.
