ORDER
This matter comes on for review before the Commission on respondent’s Motion to Dismiss Appeal.

After our consideration of the respondent’s motion, and considering that the claimant has no objection thereto, we find that respondent’s motion should be granted and the respondent’s appeal to the Court of Appeals should be dismissed.

Accordingly, we find that respondent’s Motion to Dismiss Appeal should be, and hereby is, granted. The Full Commission notes that the Opinion filed February 19, 2009 is final.
