The Full Commission, on its own motion, finds that a clerical error exists in the Order filed August 21, 2009. The Order reflects an incorrect claim number F612546. The correct claim number is F706592. The Full Commission is authorized to correct clerical errors and this is a proper case for exercise of that authority. Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-713 (d) (Repl. 1996).
The Order filed on August 21, 2009 is hereby modified only to reflect the correct claim number F706592. In all other respects the Order shall remain the same and shall not be otherwise affected.
