ORDER
Presently before the Commission is claimant’s Motion to Dismiss Appeal to the Full Commission. On September 14, 2010, claimant filed a Notice of Appeal of the Administrative Law Judge’s Opinion filed August 26, 2010.

After consideration of claimant’s motion, respondents’ agreement thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that claimant’s motion should be granted. Accordingly, we find that claimant’s appeal should be, and hereby is dismissed.
