ORDER
This matter is currently before the Full Commission on remand from the Arkansas Court of Appeals. In an opinion delivered October 24, 2007, the Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed in part and reversed in part the decision of the Full Commission, which had affirmed and adopted the decision of the Administrative Law Judge. The Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed the finding that the claimant failed to prove that additional medical treatment for his back is reasonable and necessary and related to the compensable injury. However, the Court reversed the finding

that the claimant failed to prove entitlement to wage loss disability and remanded this case to the Full Commission to take into consideration the parties’ stipulations when determining [claimant’s] entitlement to wage-loss disability benefits. Accordingly, we hereby remand this case to the Administrative Law Judge for additional findings consistent with the October 24, 2007, opinion of the Arkansas Court of Appeals.
