[2] This matter comes before the Full Commission on the claimant’s motion to file her brief out of time. In response, the respondents have stated that they have no objection to the claimant’s motion. After considering the claimant’s motion, the respondents’s agreement thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the motion should be granted.

[3] Therefore, the claimant is granted permission to file her brief out of time. The Clerk of the Commission is directed to establish the briefing schedule accordingly.

[4] IT IS SO ORDERED.
