CLAIM NO. F904217
Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
ORDER FILED NOVEMBER 16, 2010
Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Claimant represented by the Honorable George Bailey, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Respondent represented by the Honorable Eric Newkirk, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.
ORDER
This matter comes on for review before the Commission on respondent’s Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief. The respondent has requested a four-week extension. The claimant has stated that she is agreeable to a one-week extension.
After our consideration of respondent’s motion, the claimant’s response thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that respondent’s motion should be granted. A four-week extension is not excessively long and this Commission routinely grants extensions of said length.
Accordingly, we find that respondent’s Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief should be, and hereby is, granted. The Clerk of the Commission is directed to set another

briefing schedule forthwith.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
