This case is before the Full Commission on the Amended Motion to Withdraw of the claimant’s attorneys, Richard S. Muse and Shannon Carroll. The claimant has responded to the motion, indicating he has no objections thereto. The respondent has not responded.
Based on the pleadings and all other matters properly before us, the Full Commission therefore finds that the Amended Motion to Withdraw should be, and hereby is, granted.
