ORDER
[1] This matter is currently before the Commission on the claimant’s motion to extend the briefing schedule.

[2] After our consideration of the claimant’s motion, the respondents’ agreement thereto and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the claimant’s motion should be granted. [3] Accordingly, we find that the claimant’s motion to extend the briefing schedule should be, and hereby is, granted. Additionally, we direct the Clerk of the Commission to establish a briefing schedule forthwith. [4] IT IS SO ORDERED. [5] _______________________________
