ORDER
This case comes on for review before the Commission on claimant’s motion to vacate our opinion issued in this case on November 20, 2003.

After a hearing, the Administrative Law Judge entered an opinion on March 13, 2003. Both parties appealed this decision to the Full Commission which resulted in our November 20, 2003, opinion. That opinion affirmed in part and reversed in part the ruling of the Administrative Law Judge. The claimant filed an appeal of our decision to the Arkansas Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals entered its opinion on December 8, 2004, affirming the opinion of this Commission.

After our consideration of claimant’s motion to vacate our November 20, 2003, opinion, which has already been affirmed by the Arkansas Court of Appeals, we find that the motion must be denied.
