[1] ORDER
[2] This matter comes on for review by the Full Commission on Respondent’s Motion for Credit. Respondent has requested that this matter be remanded to an Administrative Law Judge for a determination as to whether respondent is entitled to a credit of two-thirds of the amount of the tort recovery after deconducting reasonable costs of the collections. Claimant has objected. However, based upon a review of respondent’s motion and claimant’s objection thereto, we find that this matter should be remanded to an Administrative Law Judge for a determination as to Respondent’s Motion for Credit.
