After our consideration of respondent no. 1’s motion, the claimant and respondent no. 2’s agreement

thereto and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that respondent no. 1’s motion should be granted.

Accordingly, we find that respondent no. 1’s motion to extend the briefing schedule should be, and hereby is, granted. Additionally, we direct the Clerk of the Commission to establish a briefing schedule forthwith.
