[1] ORDER
[2] This matter comes on for review by the Full Commission on the August 30, 1995 motion docket.

[3] After reviewing respondent no. 1’s motion to remand and to stay brief time, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that respondent’s motion should be denied. Since the Arkansas Court of Appeals, by per curiam order dated August 16, 1995, denied respondent’s motion to remand and to stay brief time, the Commission does not have jurisdiction of this matter.

[4] IT IS SO ORDERED.
