Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
OPINION FILED JUNE 26, 2007

Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Claimant represented by the HONORABLE THOMAS W. MICKEL, Attorney at Law, Conway, Arkansas.

Respondents represented by the HONORABLE GUY A. WADE, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.

ORDER
Presently before the Commission is Claimant’s Motion for Extension of time to file a Brief. After consideration of the motion, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the claimant’s motion should be granted.

At the time of the hearing below and at the time of the beginning of the appeal, James Stanley was claimant’s attorney. He was suspended by the Arkansas Supreme Court on April 24, 2007. Claimant did not learn of the suspension until later. She has now secured new counsel, Thomas W. Mickel.

Since these circumstances were beyond control of the claimant, we will allow Mr. Mickel time to file a brief.
