ORDER
This matter comes before the Full Commission on remand from the Arkansas Court of Appeals for additional findings. We remand this matter to the Administrative Law Judge for additional findings consistent with the May 8, 2002 decision of the Arkansas Court of Appeals, for additional proceedings and findings consistent with our November 5, 2001 order and consistent with our January 3, 2002 letter to the claimant’s attorney (if any fee issues discussed in the November order and January letter remain unresolved), and for any additional proceedings the parties deem appropriate on any new issues which may have arisen since the October 11, 2000 hearing held in this case.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
