Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
ORDER FILED AUGUST 6, 2003

Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Claimant represented by HONORABLE JAY TOLLEY, Attorney at Law, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Respondent represented by HONORABLE WILLIAM C. FRYE, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.

ORDER
This matter is currently before the Full Workers’ Compensation Commission on a Motion by Jay Tolley to withdraw as counsel for the claimant.

After considering the Motion of the claimant’s attorney, the respondents’ lack of response thereto, and the claimant’s statement in his Notice of Appeal that, “Jay Tolley will no longer be my attorney of record,” we find that the Motion should be granted.

Accordingly, we find that the Motion by the claimant’s attorney to be dismissed should be, and hereby is, granted.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
