[2] This case comes before the Full Commission on the motion of respondents’ attorney to withdraw from the Commission’s file Joint Exhibit 1, which is a videotape of the claimant’s job duties. The claimant has advised the Commission that he does not object to the respondents’ motion. Therefore, after reviewing the motion and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the motion should be granted.

[3] Accordingly, we grant said motion, and we direct the Clerk of the Commission to return the requested videotape to the respondents.

[4] IT IS SO ORDERED.
