This case comes before the Full Commission on Claimant’s Motion to Set Aside Briefing Schedule and Reissue New Schedule. Claimant’s brief was due to be filed on September 17, 2010, but filed this Motion to Set Aside Briefing Schedule and Reissue New Schedule on October 7, 2010, stating claimant never received briefing schedule. Respondent has stated they do not object to this request.

Therefore, after considering claimant’s request for a new briefing schedule, no objection by Respondent and all other matters properly before the Full Commission, we hereby grant this request. The Clerk is directed to issue another briefing schedule.
