ORDER
The Supreme Court of Arkansas has reversed the Court of Appeals and Full Commission in the above-styled matter. Williams v. Johnson Custom Homes, No. 07-1101 (Oct. 23, 2008). Pursuant to the Supreme Court’s remand, the Full Commission affirms the administrative law judge’s October 7, 2005 decision, and we adopt the administrative law judge’s opinion as the decision of

the Full Commission on appeal. We remand this case to the administrative law judge for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.
