[2] This matter is before the Commission on claimant’s motion to correct the transcript. After reviewing claimant’s motion, respondent’s response thereto, and all other matters properly before this Commission, we find that claimant’s motion is well-taken and should be granted.

[3] At the hearing held on September 11, 1996, the Administrative Law Judge requested claimant’s attorney to mail a copy of an exhibit to the Administrative Law Judge and to opposing counsel and stated that the exhibit would be considered as part of the record. Claimant’s attorney complied with the Administrative Law Judge’s request and we hereby find that the exhibit should be and hereby is made a part of the record.
