ORDER
This case comes on for review before the Commission on Respondent No. 1’s motion for an extension of the briefing schedule.

After our consideration of Respondent No. 1’s motion, the agreements thereto by claimant and Respondent No. 2, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that Respondent No. 1’s motion should be granted.

Accordingly, we find that Respondent No. 1’s motion for an extension of the briefing schedule should be, and hereby is, granted. The Clerk of the Commission is directed to establish another briefing schedule forthwith.
