ORDER
This matter is currently before the Full Commission on the respondent’s Motion to Suspend the Briefing Schedule. After our consideration of respondent’s motion, claimant’s agreement thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that respondent’s motion should be granted but modified.
The parties request a suspension for forty-five (45) days of the briefing schedule to secure permission from the United States Bankruptcy Court for a joint petition settlement of the case. We find rather than just suspend for forty-five

(45) days, the parties should just notify the clerk of the time for the joint petition settlement or the time for the appeal to proceed with a new briefing schedule should the settlement attempt fall through.
Accordingly, we find Respondent’s motion for a suspension of the briefing schedule should be granted.
Accordingly, the parties are hereby instructed to inform the clerk when either the joint petition settlement is ready or the appeal should be submitted and a new briefing schedule set.
