[2] This case comes on for review before the Commission on a motion by claimant’s attorney to withdraw.

[3] After our consideration of this motion, claimant’s failure to respond thereto and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the motion should be granted.

[4] Accordingly, we grant the motion of claimant’s attorney to withdraw. Additionally, we direct the Clerk of the Commission to set another briefing schedule forthwith.

[5] IT IS SO ORDERED.
