[2] This matter is before the Full Commission on Claimant’s Motion to File Brief to the Full Commission.

[3] After considering Claimant’s motion, Respondent’s agreement thereto, and all other matters properly before the Full Commission, we find that the Claimant’s Motion to File Brief to the Full Commission must be, and hereby is, granted.

[4] In an opinion and order dated July 22, 1996, the administrative law judge found in part that the claim was not barred by the Statute of Limitations. The Respondent appealed that decision to the Full Commission. In an opinion and order dated March 11, 1998, the Full Commission found in part that the Respondent failed to prove that the claim was barred by the Statute of Limitations. The Respondent appealed that decision to the Arkansas Court of Appeals. On June 23, 1999 the Court of Appeals reversed and remanded the decision of the Full Commission for redetermination of the Statute of Limitations Claim.

[5] We hereby order and direct the Clerk of the Commission to establish a briefing schedule and to notify all parties.
