[2] This matter comes on for review before the Commission on claimant’s motion to file a belated brief.
[3] After our consideration of claimant’s motion, respondents’ agreement thereto and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that claimant’s motion should be granted.
[4] Accordingly, we find that claimant’s motion to file a belated brief should be, and hereby is, granted. Claimant shall have ten days from the date of this order to file the brief. Respondents may file a reply brief within seven days of the date claimant’s brief is due.
[5] IT IS SO ORDERED.
