ORDER
In the above-styled matter, the Arkansas Court of Appeals has affirmed the Full Commission’s finding that the claimant proved he sustained a compensable injury, and that the claimant proved he was entitled to reasonably necessary medical treatment and temporary total disability benefits. Potlatch Corp. v. Word, CA09-536 (Nov. 18, 2009). The Court of Appeals has remanded

for further consideration regarding the respondents’ entitlement to an offset for temporary total disability benefits received by the claimant related to the compensable injury.

Therefore, the Full Commission remands this case to the administrative law judge for further proceedings regarding the respondents’ entitlement to a statutory offset.
