HASKELL WRIGHT (DECEASED), EMPLOYEE, CLAIMANT v. GEORGIA-PACIFIC CORPORATION, SELF-INSURED EMPLOYER, RESPONDENT NO. 1, MIDSTATES REINSURANCE CORP., INSURANCE CARRIER, RESPONDENT NO. 2

Before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission
ORDER FILED NOVEMBER 21, 2002

Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Claimant represented by the HONORABLE ZAN DAVIS, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.

Respondent No. 1 represented by the HONORABLE MARK ALAN PEOPLES, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.

Respondent No. 2 represented by the HONORABLE GAIL PONDER GAINES, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas.

ORDER
This matter is currently before the Full Workers’ Compensation Commission on Respondent No. 1’s Motion for Renewal of Motion for Partial Dismissal and Respondent No. 2’s Motion for Reconsideration and/or Amended Motion for Withdrawal of Appeal.

In an Order dated September 11, 2002 the Commission denied motions of Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 2 because the claimant had not stipulated to the dismissal of the appeals. Upon stipulation by the claimant, Respondent No. 1 filed a Renewal of Motion for Partial Dismissal and Respondent No. 2 filed a Motion for Reconsideration and/or Amended Motion for Withdrawal of Appeal

After considering Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 2’s motions, the claimant’s agreement thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that these motions should be granted.

Accordingly, we find that Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 2’s motion should be, and hereby is, granted.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
