ORDER
The above-styled claimant has filed a Brief, Tendered In TheAlternative To Motion To Suspend Briefing Activity.
An administrative law judge filed an opinion on February 12, 2010. The administrative law judge found that the claimant was entitled to anatomical impairment, wage-loss disability, and continued reasonably necessary medical treatment. The respondents appealed to the Full Commission, and the Clerk of the Commission established a briefing schedule. Each party was granted an

extension of time to file a brief. The Clerk of the Commission subsequently informed the parties that the claimant’s brief would be due May 7, 2010, the respondents’ reply brief would be due May 14, 2010, and the case would be submitted to the Full Commission on May 16, 2010.
The respondents filed a brief on April 5, 2010. The claimant filed a brief on May 7, 2010, but advises the Commission that he has filed “a Motion to suspend briefing activity in anticipation that same might be favorable to continued settlement negotiations.”
We can find no Motion To Suspend Briefing Activity in the record or in the Commission’s file. In the absence of such a Motion, we direct the Clerk of the Commission to return this case to the Full Commission’s submission docket.
