ORDER FILED AUGUST 18, 2003
Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

ORDER
This case comes on for review on the claimant’s third motion for an extension to file his brief. We note that the claimant first moved for an extension on July 3, 2003, stating that his attorney had numerous hearings, and requesting an extension of 30 days. The Clerk of the Commission subsequently informed the claimant that his brief would be due on August 4, 2003. On August 1, 2003, the claimant filed a second motion, stating that his attorney had contracted influenza, and requesting an extension of seven days to complete and file the brief. While the second motion was pending before the Commission, the claimant filed another motion for an extension on August 8, 2003. The movant stated that his attorney had been on vacation and should be granted an extension of seven days.
The Full Commission therefore grants the claimant’s motion. We grant the claimant an extension of seven days from entry of this order to file his brief on appeal. No further motions for extension will be granted.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
