ORDER
Presently before the Commission is Respondents’ Motion for an extension of time to file its brief. After consideration of Respondents’ Motion, Claimant’s objection thereto, Respondents’ reply, and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that respondents’ motion should be granted.

Respondents’ initial brief was due on June 25, 2004. By letter dated June 23, 2004, respondents requested and extension of time to file its brief due to ” a number of time constraints and exigent circumstances.” Claimant’s attorney filed an objection thereto “primarily due to Claimant’s extreme need for expediting the proceedings regarding her claims.” In response to claimant’s objection, respondents’ attorney explicitly detailed the exigent circumstances regarding his firms administrative staff. We find that the respondents have asserted good cause and that the requested extension should be granted.

Therefore, we remand this matter to the Clerk of the Commission for a new briefing schedule.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
