This matter is currently before the Commission on the claimant’s motion to extend the briefing schedule.
After our consideration of the claimant’s motion, the respondents agreement thereto and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the claimant’s motion should be granted.
Accordingly, we find that the claimant’s motion to extend the briefing schedule should be, and hereby is, granted. Additionally, we direct the Clerk of the
Commission to establish a briefing schedule forthwith.
